Chronic Illness Support
You don’t have to face a chronic illness alone. Our RN-led team provides gentle, personalised in-home care for diabetes, arthritis, post operative , wound care and more. We begin with a friendly phone call or message. An RN then visits your home at no cost or obligation to listen to your needs, assess your situation, and create a personalised care plan tailored just for you.

Direct Billing & Peace of Mind
As an approved Alberta Blue Cross provider, we handle all CDHCI billing directly to AHS/Blue Cross for eligible clients (often at little or no cost to you). We also offer flexible private-pay options and stay in regular contact with you and your family.
